Absolutely awful experience she rushed through my nails none of them were even did the acrylic way too thick total hack job first and last time there! Already chipped after less than 24 hours! So disappointed.
Filthy!!! My mother went there for years and has recently passed. She liked how they knew her every time she went in. I thought I would give them a chance and went back. Cons: Appointment Only Masks Uses same utensils on everyone without proper sterilization Hasn't been cleaned in years and years Old and warn out furniture 2 employees do it all Need of socialization skills Pros Nails turned out nice It's a shame that this business is still up and running without any accountability for lack of cleanliness. I don't have a picture of this mess but if you walk in for the first time I'm sure you will turn around and walk out. Time for this business owner to shut down or cleanup and have more pride in what she does and her surroundings.
This filthy dirty place should be shut gown but the health department. I've never had such a terrible pedicure ( all of 20 minutes!) in my life. $45.00 wasted plus the "technitions" were bossy and crabby. Don't waste your time or money.... Just horrible!

DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT! Would leave zero stars if I could. Not only is the "Salon" filthy, I have never felt so belittled at any business in my life like I did here. I came in for a shellac change. Took about 2 hours to get the service done. I said I wanted my nails cut shorter and she literally clipped down to my skin. It still hurts. She left rough edges and left the sides of my nails with no polish. I went to to pay and she knew I was not happy but ignored it. I said calmly I feel the service is not worth full price and she yelled and said to sit down to have them removed. I said I've already been there 2 hours and have no nails left. She told me to leave. I immediately made an appointment at my usual salon in Green Bay. I got in my car and had to fight tears because of how crappy I was treated.
