Horrible! I paid more for a No chip manicure than I normally do by my house. It was a last minute decision in New Year's Eve. By 11pm 2 nails had PEELED OFF and I have no idea where or in front of who. By the next morning I found 4 more in my bedding in the morning. Absolutely horrible and horrible customer service when I called to ask for my money back.
Had never been but knew a friend had visited so decided to give this place a try for a pedicure. I didn't make an appointment but info I read said 'walk in's welcome' Nice and bright - looked very clean but the employee (a guy, didn't get the name) did not appear to be thrilled to provide the pedicure. he didn't ask about trimming the nails and cut them way too short. Three of my toes hurt for a few days afterward they were so short. After I had paid, he told me "next time make appointment." It was not pleasant - there won't be a next time, sorry to say.
Super friendly staff. I go there any chance I get and they always get me in within minutes without an appointment. I love the pedicure packages that they offer, all at great prices. Would recommend this business for sure!
I love going here and I've been going for a while now. The staff is nice and friendly. They do great on your nails and have great prices. The customer service is also great.
I went in with my cousin to get our nails done and I never tried TK Nails before until that day. My cousin and I were the first in there and another woman came in a little after us and they did her nails first. They started with my nails, which are acrylic, and I felt very rushed. When I tried to take my nails out of the machine the guy yelled at me to put it back in the machine. Within the first night they started to lift and one broke from picking up a binder. The other broke from putting on my shirt. My cousin was choosing which nail color she wanted and the lady working snatched it out of her hands and gave her a dirty look. I am never going back and do not recommend to anyone.
