Threading Eyebrows in Huntsville, AL

This woman has absolutely no idea what she's doing. I asked for something simple and she took off my whole eyebrow almost. This is absolutely horrible. Do not go to this place you have been warned. Somebody shut it down.

HORRIBLE customer service. Went in because my normal brow girl is out of town. I walked in and said hello and was blatantly ignored while she stared at her phone and did not even look up to acknowledge that I had spoke. I stood there for another a minute or so then told her I would like my eyebrows threaded. She finally looked up from her phone and said "ok" and pointed at the chair. I sat in the chair as she walked over and proceeded to finish doing something on her phone for another minute or so. She kept stopping to text while doing my eyebrows. It was so rude and not to mention unsanitary to keep stopping and touching her phone screen and touching my face!  She had no smile, friendly demeanor whatsoever. I tried to make small conversation and ask if she was having an ok day so far and all she said was "good". My eyebrows turned out ok but I will never be back. Also, she does clean the hair off your face. I went to my car and spent several minutes getting hair off of my face. Take your money somewhere else!!!!

She is so rude. I walked in, no greeting. She just pointed to a chair. She asked what I wanted and I told her brows. She didn't tell me to "hold" before she started which usually helps it hurt less. She was really rough. I sneezed during the process and she looked at me like she was so mad. She did my eyebrows very uneven and way too thin. Which may not have been an issue if she asked what I wanted before just starting at my face.

She didn't wipe the hair off my face, didn't put anything on my brows after, and didn't even hold up a mirror so I could see. Horrible service.

I started coming here a couple of years ago. I had my first threading experience here and I've been a regular every since. In my opinion, I think that she does a really good job with the brows. I can only attest to that.

However, I've had a couple of bad experiences within that time with "newbies". One recently with a gentleman. My brows were jacked and I expressed that. Fortunately, the female owner was able to shape them up a bit more and I felt semi decent.  Once I get used to a certain tech, I don't want anyone else to service me. I hate being someone's experiment. Nah.

Other than the experimenting, my only gripe is that common courtesy is not a thing around here. I'm always one to tip and I've never gotten a "Thank you" instead suggestive services for lip, chin, head, shoulders, knees and toes are offered (slight exaggeration). But seriously, ease up on the pushiness for additional services, electronic and cosmetic selling and say THANK YOU.

Find somewhere else! I'm new to the area and was very disappointed
1. After I got home I noticed tiny cuts on my eyelids! I've had eyebrow threading done many times and have never had this happen.
2. Usually they wipe down the brow with witch hazel to help with redness and stinging. She did not do this.
3. The woman who did the threading barely spoke to me except to offer additional services.

The only good thing I can say is that I like the shape of my eyebrows!
