I preface this review by telling you that prior to coming into TeqDaisy, I had messed up my hair color with an OTC box color...the horror. The box said dark brown, but the end result was jet black. Labels- never ever right enough, no? I called L'Oreal and told them to pls...warn *everyone*. (lol) They sent me coupons and said sorry, they will try... helping very little to cheer my reflection.

This is why I'm sooooooooo glad I found my way to Tequila Daisy!!!

I was lucky enough to book an appointment for today with Bree C. who is a very personable and talented hair artist, with many years of experience to her name. The salon was very busy, but heavens helped me, because I got into the chair with managed expectations, and she went above and beyond what I was hoping for. My hair looks healthy, and vibrant, with shades of honey and dark caramels that really look beautiful, really stunning. I drew compliments from Best right away.

In summary:

Tequila Daisy is the place to go if you want to feel fantastic about the service, and glamorous about the result. Very highly recommended.

Staff was nice but I wasn't told how was cutting hair so when they asked I just told them my name and they thought that was the lady who was cutting my hair so my stylist was late. I wanted my hair to be cut in layers and had photos and stressed that I needed my hair to go in a pony tail and that I wasn't ready to lose all my length. I have decently curly hair but didn't want to wash it the night before because I was told we would do a wash and cut but the stylist didn't know that. She showed me how much she'd be cutting off to achieve the layers I wanted along with just how much length in general was coming off and I agreed, but when she cut it wet I think she didn't realize how much my hair would shrink because my hair was almost to my but and now it's like shoulder blade length and I've yet to wet it to see if my hair will shrink even more. So far I'm happy with the look but I definitely didn't get exactly what I wanted and I'm worried my hair might not look great with my natural curl pattern in it. I would recommend to anyone that wants color or anyone with straight hair.

I have been going to tequila for years now. Shelby does my hair but all the girls are amazing at hair, beauty, and all things! Even when I lived in Memphis, I came back to Oklahoma to get my hair fixed up. I now live in Boston and although I may find something local, I still plan on supporting my lovely hair salon when I can!

I took my 3 ye daughter here for her first "real" haircut. She and her older brother had fun butchering her hair together and I had to wait 8 months for it to grow out long enough to be fixed. I was a bit nervous at first, as our stylist, Tammy, seemed a bit standoffish and quiet, so I wasn't sure how she would do with kids.  However, my daughter followed her lead and sat calmly and quietly the whole time. She looked at me as her hair was being dried and asked " Mommy, can we come do this again?" And the cut? Perfect! Exactly what I wanted, a sweet little girl bob. She even blended in the remaining cut out chunks so they were not noticeable. Thank you, Tammy and Tequila Daisy!
