went to get highlights new hair stylist. I told her i was going out of town to a special event. not only did she not refresh my highlights she gave me an overall dull color. they offered to fix it the next week which was to late. after spending around $200.00 this should not have happened. I'll never go there again. they should have refunded my money for this awful experience.
Absolutely love this place!!!! All the staff are wonderful and sweet! Melissa made my curls come back to life and fixed my mom's overdue blonde football helmet into a masterpiece!!!! Definitely recomend!!
Moving to a new area brings challenges around certain services-like a stylist! I looked around a bit and tried to divine best next steps through local reviews. The Studio has a clean and friendly environment. Tara and her entire team are very pleasant. I ended up with Jonathan who is G R E A T. Listen, recommend, plan, execute... what more can one want???? Since then, my daughter has gone to him for a color correction (which turned out perfect) and my sweetie is coming here as well for his cuts :)
I only go with 4 V 5 stars because the front desk had a few small gaffs in communication early on.
Modern, sleek appearance with on trend styling and makeup services. Professional staff and the best shampoo on the planet. Hair styling lesson, too. I came out with a new look from a makeup lesson and consultation on my existing products. I recommend to everyone. You get what you pay for and so much more
Melissa listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. I have long, curly, difficult hair, which can be a challenge at the best of times, but Melissa worked magic with it. I came away with a fabulous cut and blow out. Friendly, polite service as well. Would definitely recommend.
