While the place is really clean and it seems really professional, there was not as much friendly small talk as I expected. On the actual performance side of things, I recently went to get a black and blue ombré. While keeping in mind that i do have naturally dark hair and I was a walk-in; Candice took 4 1/2 hours to do the whole process! That wouldn't have been so bad if it would've turned out right but, she bleached my hair TWICE, gave me a conditioner treatment and then dyed my hair. Never the less, my hair turned out green. She also dyed my forehead, ears and neck and did not take most of it off. To top it off it was $145 not including tip!!! She did offer to fix it the next morning but I'm still appalled that she bleached my hair twice and dyed it in one day. I feel like that should've been split into a months time span. I will more than likely not go back here, at least, not for a dyed job. Cleanliness: 5/5 Staff: 3/5 Parking 2/5 Price 2/5
