If I could give them zero I would! How could you have someone wait for over 15 minutes to answer a basic are you available question?! Seriously! Are you busier than the President?! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
I had a haircut with the owner of this salon. David is very polite. He was so gentle with my hair. I asked for a layered hair cut and he delivered it.
The place is cute, the service is great, and the staff is friendly but I had two very unfortunate experiences here. I went to one stylist with multiple reference photos with a shoulder length long bob. I told the stylist we could go a tiny bit above the shoulder but I communicated that I was nervous about poofiness/shrinkage. She reassured me that she would start cutting it longer and we could gradually go shorter. Well.... she cut off quite a bit at once and now I have a chin length bob that I hate. My other time at this salon, I came in with a few pieces (money piece, a couple strands in the back) which had been lightened and I was charged for a full color to get them dyed darker... and she missed lots of pieces. I don't think David Salon is for me.
Great haircut, color and price!! Salon is super clean, they use great products and truly care about their clients.
