I was on hunt for a hair stylist near my area and by luck I was able to schedule an appointment at craft salon in such short notice . The stylist that happens to answer the phone was going to be the one giving me a wash and blow dry. Let me start with her etiquette in customer service is a plus, and when I met her, she is very kind and respectful. As we proceed to the service, she is very meticulous and detailed in styling the way that I asked and took her time. I'm not exaggerating, but her work ethic and skills brought me so much joy. Usually the big bucks is in the bigger project like hair coloring or cuts so to find someone who is willing to put this much time and care in a wash and blow dry exceeds my expectations. Thank you Tiffany for your work.

This review is specific to my textured hair girls who enjoy smoothing treatments. I have been getting Brazilian blowouts and color services from Tiffany for nearly two years now. She's meticulously patient and thorough. I followed her from the salon she was at before for a reason. I can't stress how hard it is to find someone who works well with atypical hair. I've been to so many places that left me frustrated and in tears. I'm so glad to have found Tiffany. My natural hair type for reference is 3a/b. It's long and super thick. But looking at these pictures.. you would not tell.

My Daughter went to see Bri on Saturday, nervous about not getting the look she wanted. My Daughter is 11 and really didn't want to get stuck with a cookie cutter cut that she hated. Bri was AMAZING!!! She gave my Daughter the EXACT cut she wanted and showed her how to maintain it. She talked to my Kid as if she wasn't a kid at all but as a valued client. On top of that, Matthew gave his valuable time to consult with my Wife about her worries and wishes for a new look without any pressure and gave GREAT advice. My wife immediately set up an appointment. Everyone in the place has the kind of style you all are looking for!!! Let them guide you to looking super cool and you will love each time you walk by a mirror .... Finally. Seriously, GO TO CRAFT!

Happen to see this salon on curly hair specialist. Saw their reviews and went online for an appointment,with Mathew, my son was pretty happy with the outcome so we will be back. Online booking is so helpful. The salon is clean and they open at 9:00 am so it's a plus. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very nice decor and positive vibe when you walk in the salon. Glendora Village has ample street parking and few good cafe and restaurants around. Must try!.
