The Colour Bar Salon in Sacramento, CA

Most of them have no idea what they're doing all the colors they do for other clients are eyes colors red, brown... I went two different hair styles in this salon and both of them had no idea how a platinum blonde works, and when I ask them questions, they respond with " I don't know" it was a whole west of time.

I went in as a first-time client, and I had a lady named Carla, I think. She lacked any greeting and was the worst person to ever be in contact with. She had red hair, red should length, and she gave the worst hair wash; shampoo was everywhere: ear, face... it's usually the best part of the haircut is the wash- she was horrible. She did not speak with me--no small talk or how your day was going. When she got to the end of the service and dried my hair, she dared to make some small talk as the service was over. She was horrible, service was terrible and I will never come back here. It's a shame because it seems like other clients were happy. Unfortunately it can take only one "Carla" to ruin the overall experience. It's the difference of a first timer to repeat client. Such a shame. She also seemed very aware that she sucked!!!

They use Daviness products and they all smell amazing. I've gotten my hair trimmed, cut and colored before by Hailee. She does a great job. First when you arrive she will go over exactly what you want, pricing and make sure everyone is on the same page. She gives an amazing head massage. She will follow up with how do you want your hair styled. Today I went for beach waves. Even though I didn't have an umbrella and it was a downpour outside she gave me a shower cap, to protect those curls! Thanks Hailee! go checkout The Colour Bar!

Well I've been going to The Colour Bar in midtown for about 5 years now. I started going with Giselle while she was there. Giselle did an amazing job and always knew how to give me the results I wanted. Giselle went on maternity leave and recommended Josie. Josie is amazing! I have stayed with Josie and she knows exactly what I want every time. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is the best listener and gives great advice. I also admire how she continues to learn and got certified to do extensions. Any time I get complimented on my hair I recommend Josie and everyone at The Colour Bar. Lorena great job! You make all Latina's proud!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair highlighted, toned, cut, and styled by the talented Karla today. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The color left me amazed - it's by far the best my hair has ever looked. Having had previous experiences with hair coloring, I can confidently say that her work exceeded all my expectations.
