Elevated decor, very modern and urban on par with salons in Chicago. Excellent customer service. I was asked by reception about my hair prior to booking to make sure I was paired with the right stylist. Heather was amazing. She is warm and professional and passionate about hair. I have difficult, thick curly hair and she was amazing. All the stylists are friends in real life and you can feel that in the atmosphere. Best salon in Milwaukee by a long shot.
The stylist did not listen to what I wanted at all and charged a lot of money. Salon refused to refund any of it for poor services that I had to have fixed elsewhere.
Lots of good stylists here, but my personal favorite is Heather. She's extremely good at being able to tame my frizzy, flyaway hair. The woman who works the phones and takes appointments is amazing. I can't remember her name, but she knows my name when I call on the phone. Before I even say who I am. She must recognize The names of hundreds of people by their voice alone. That's an amazing skill.
