Terrible service from start to finish. I should have walked away immediately. The lady who cut my hair did not clean her station before working on my hair. She also kept getting distracted with her friends and relatives that greeted her with a hug while working on my hair and my chair kept getting pushed. She kept talking and pausing to chat to people while laughing and talking really loud close to my ears. I called her our for it and didn't acknowledge it let alone apologize for her lack of professionalism. She was focused on so many things and her job was at the bottom of that list. When she was done, she didn't even asked me if I was happy with my haircut nor confirmed with me to agree on the length of my hair. I am also pretty sure she up-charged me for a simple yet badly done haircut. I've had bad experiences with younger hairstylist and figured she would at least be more professional given that she was older but I was wrong. This place is dirty, unorganized and the people there do not seem to take pride on their work and it shows in their lack of professionalism.

So I tried to set up an appointment for my nails and she said pay ur deposit so I can hold ur slot, so I work 8-5 @ a Clinic and she sends me a message that she had not received my deposit so I tried to send it then she msges me back slot taken. I then tell her ok fine give me a different appointment. She then says I'm being demanding. Then starts acting crazy blocks me on Instagram but she will Blast me on Instagram by screenshoting our Convo. She's a thief she took my money. Ppl becareful.

I tried contacting one of their nail techs on Instagram asking if she did a job my wondering was wrong but instead of her communicating with me she went on Instagram and posted it as making fun of it. @paznails. After me viewing her story and telling her how I really enjoyed her work but her professionals was wrong she just said girl bye and blocked me. If this is the type of customer service they give I don't recommend going to this place. I wasn't even in the place and got horrible customer service

My experience was at the Leander location but it's the same owner from here. I got the Keratin treatment done twice here. I have straight hair but the bottom tends to get very frizzy. I asked before getting the treatment done if this would help and I was told yes and that it would be $100. I asked again during the treatment if it would help and the answer was yes again. After the treatment my hair looked beautiful. The lady that assisted me told me not to wash my hair for the next 24 hours. I decided to wait an extra day to wash it. Immediately I noticed my hair was going to go back to normal. I sent a message to the owner she never replied so I called the lady that helped me. She got me an appointment the following weekend. The owner finally replied saying she was very busy and that for a 2nd treatment it would be $50 and that it's rare for someone to need a second treatment. I asked if treatment doesn't work will I get a refund and that that's why I had asked many times before getting it done. I told her I really didn't want to pay another $50 because I had just purchased a pricey shampoo and conditioner because I wanted the treatment to be worth it. Normally salons do not charge you when you're not happy with the results. But I went ahead and paid again and my hair is back to normal and still no answer from owner after sending her a message after the 2nd treatment. I will not be going back and definitely will not recommend this place. Extremely poor customer service and not answering honestly when asked if a certain treatment will work for a specific situation.

Facebook reviews about hair/nail services are great. My husband has been going to his regular barber for a few months because he loved his haircuts. One thing that they need to work on is their communication with guests when they walk in. The atmosphere is fine & I notice every time we come that everyone likes to chit chat, but I feel like there needs to be more attention towards the clients walking through the door. It seems like they do better with appointments, but they shouldn't be saying that they are open for walk-ins if they are going to make us wait 1-2 hrs for a cut. Great Clips or even Super Cuts could do a better job letting me know how long the wait would be. We did not know how long it would have taken before we walked in. My husband asked beforehand if it would be a long wait & his barber said after his current client that he would be next. We waited almost an hour & once his regular barber was through with his client, he informed us that he had ANOTHER appointment with a client before he could start with my husband. It was RIDICULOUS. We weren't going to waste anymore of our time waiting & left upset & VERY disappointed with the business. It could have been prevented if his regular barber informed us beforehand when we walked through the door how long it would take without beating around the bush. We would have said we would come back later & grabbed lunch, scheduled for a different time or day, but there was a lack of communication. We haven't returned since.
