Been seeing Luiza for years! The staff is always mega accommodating, appts always run on time, facility is kept super clean with trendy decor. They are always offering new services and specials from facials to hair treatments. The prices are fair and you always leave happy. I have literally never left Luiza feeling like I didn't get my hair looking like I wanted it to. I'm a typical picky blonde and everytime I go I want it lighter and lighter somehow she always manages to make it lighter. I've never had any breakage or over treatment of my hair. All of the staff gets loads of continuing education so you're always in good hands no matter who you see! Luiza is a kind soul and wonderful businesswoman, she truly cares about her clientele and her staff and it shows! I see you girl!

I paid over $175 for highlights, lo lights and a hair cut from Santina. When she was done, it looked gorgeous but within the next few days, my hair was so damaged. When I look in the mirror, there is a brillo pad on the side. My hair is breaking and falling out. The worse part is she forgot to put coloring around my face so the grays are worse than ever. I called hoping she would want to fix it. She gave me an appointment for a week away. Funny, when I called the first time, she could see me right away. The next day, I was so upset and decided to walk in hoping that when Santina and the owner saw my hair, they would realize I have a big problem. They were so agitated at me. Santina screamed, I am with a client! I was supposed to go back at 4 but then they changed it to 3. I no longer wanted their help. Too scary. I could not trust any of them again. This place only wants your money. What a horrible bunch of self absorbed, arrogant people. Go anyplace else.

I scheduled an appointment with Mia and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by very happy receptionist and then amazing Mia brought me to her chair for my cut color and blow dry that came out sensational While I was there I also decided I needed an eyebrow wax and then Tisa with her bubbly personality was able to squeeze me in... I highly recommend The Beauty Bar and I look forward to my next beauty treatment there
