I am honestly nervous to submit this review based on my experience and opinion of the owners personality but here it goes.
First off...

Facial was one of the better I've had in a while. Thorough and left feeling clean.
However,the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
- First, I had to wait in this hallway of a busy conglomerate salon rental place for 15 minutes past my appointment start time (I got there ten minutes early for any possible paperwork, so 25 minutes in a hallway).
- there was no properpaperwork to be seen. Usually a reputable aesthetician business will ask a skin and medial history to make sure they aren't doing anything damaging. Thankfully I'm pretty bland and didn't have anything besides severe gluten allergy to report.
- she went on and on and on and on and onnnnnn about how damn amazing she is and been in business soooo long and how awesome she is. Yeah, I get that from the reviews, please just stop. Not a good look.
- she didn't even wash my eyebrow fill in makeup off before waxing them. Didn't even do measurements or "hey how's this look?" Ask. Nothing. I HATE the shape of my eyebrows post wax but nothing you can say after the wax has been pulled. Especially after she's made dozens of comments about how awesome she is and how she disagrees with those who do t agree with her opinion of herself.
- she talked NONSTOP during the facial which could be fine if it weren't for political BS I don't want to think about while paying to relax and get my face cleaned from the stress of everyday life (1% bashing, Dr Fauci bashing, etc) Clearly didn't or couldn't take the cue I wasn't interested.
- facial had great extractions and left feeling like my face was very clean
- table was horribly uncomfortable and hard
- I was brought in right as the last person left and told "oh yeah I cleaned and changed sheets while she was changing" meanwhile the wax pot looked horrible and the top smelled really stale and stuffy. Went home and showered hard because ew.
I won't be back.
I have very sensitive skin and have left salons after getting my Brazilian to hold an ice pack to my sensitive parts. BUT. Amy is amazing. Impeccable experience from start to finish. She is attentive to detail and, like everyone else has said, provides one of the most painless Brazilian waxes I've EVER received. Thanks for being fantastic!
Amy is seriously awesome! She is super knowledgeable about waxing and makes it the most comfortable and least painful as possible. Brazilians are not something that I consider "fun" but Amy makes it's super quick and her hard wax is the best! Could not recommend her waxing services enough!
