Receptionist super rude about rescheduling , getting in stylists graces way of having a new client , It's $500 and up services here , when the receptionist is rude you're turning away the livelihood of the artists I gave $20 tip to grace for the consult but the attitude over the phone ran me off to another salon to get my hair done with instead
SUCH a nice salon! Warm atmosphere, everyone friendly and professional. I especially was impressed with Brianna as my stylist! My hair looked great when I left due to her attention to the details. I will be back!
First time coming to Tangles and all I can say is WOW. I had Nick cut my hair and while it may be a primarily female staff Nick was so knowledgeable on all things hair and his approach to cutting my hair was fantastic. I'm loving the cut and I'll definitely be back to have him cut my hair again in the near future.
Let me start by saying the customer service is great! The overall vibes of the salon were clean and chic. In terms of the actual results of my haircut honestly...I was disappointed. For a $135, I expected to have a better experience. For a "curly cut" experience, I wanted to walk out with a curly, flirty haircut; I didn't feel that way leaving the salon. Maybe this just wasn't the salon for me.
I came in with a bad haircut that I had grown out so I was ready to get it evened out. My hairstylist was Bri & she did a wet cut on me, which initially turned out well. However, after she dried and styled my hair she took a front strand on one side and snipped off an additional 1-1.5 inches. I was shocked but i trusted that she knew what she was doing. Once I got home and realized how bad it was, I was pretty bummed out because I ended up back at square one with an uneven haircut in the front... so I got it cut shorter for nothing. The haircut was also about $100. Definitely not worth it. I was going to call to get it fixed but that would probably mean getting the other side/layers shorter, so I'm going to have to grow this cut out (again). Edit: in response to the salon's reply, I don't think she is "taking the punch" because I admit that initially the haircut turned out well in my initial comment (she actually fully fixed the "bad side I came in with). The mistake was done after the blow dry (to the good side) & was probably an honest mistake.
