Today we got our first hair cut and Shar was amazing! Super patient and professional. Made us feel very comfortable being here...and she did a great job on my daughters hair. We will be back!
We had a terrible experience. The stylist showed up more than ten minutes late. She was unfriendly and impolite. She was finished with my daughter's haircut in 3 minutes. It was rushed and she took no time to make sure she did a good job. Her hair was choppy and uneven. We had to go back in and have her fix it. They used to give girls cute hairstyles after their cut. We will not be back.
So my daughter has extremely fine curly hair. Which is difficult to care for and she can matte it up in no time. Causing my wife fits. My daughter isn't fond of having her hair brushed either. Which also causes more issues, enter Cool Kidz Cuts. I took my daughter hear fearing that she would leave with a buzz cut due to her hair being dread knotted in a few spots. The ladies went above and beyond mine or my wife's hopes. They were able to save my daughters hair for the most part. And my daughter left with a smile on her face. Saying she had pretty princess hair. So thank you for your hard work and relief of my daughters hair tragedy.
We Will not be returning to this place ever again. The staff was very unfriendly and my 5 year old daughter did not taking a liking to the lady who was cutting her hair. It seemed like the lady did not want to cut my daughters hair and in the process her hair ended up being pulled and it hurt bad enough that it caused my daughter to start crying!!!! My daughter could not wait to get our of there.
