I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. Theresa and Michael are both very kind and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their clientele. I will not go anywhere else!!!!
I went to T nails to get my nails done and a pedicure. I have been going there for about three years now. I prefer the way that Michael does my nails over Teresa. My appointment was for Michael but when I got there she was going to do my pedicure. I asked for Michael and she got very upset, Started yelling in her language slinging things slamming things down. I told her I didn't mean to make her mad and she told me that she would do my pedicure this time but not anymore. So I told her she didn't have to do it this time. She is very unprofessional, acted like a child. I will never be back. She has given me a manicure and pedicure before and has cut me twice. She is also very rude.
Stoppped in for a mani/pedi on December 23, 2020. COVID guidelines are to wear masks inside all stores at all times. The shop has a sign stating masks must be worn to be in the salon. When I went in everyone had a mask on so I figured it was safe to stay and get a pedicure and if time allowed, a manicure. Everything went ok with the pedicure - not great but not awful - and as I was getting set for my manicure they allowed three customers in without masks and one of the salon workers took their mask off and continued working. I said nope, paid for my pedicure and left. I was looking for a salon that cared about my safety along with the other customers, this isn't it. I would not recommend it. And as previously stated, the pedicure was ok and that was it.
Theresa is the rudest most absolute inconsiderate nail lady. I will never go back to this dirty pigsty. Unfriendly and rude people. Don't know how to do nails and definitely don't know customer service. Worst experience of my life had to walk out of the place
