The best manicure I have ever had was done by Cindy at T Nails in Castroville. I live at a senior retirement establishment and am over 80 years old so when I say the best manicure I have EVER had I mean it ! They also do men's manicures and good haircuts for both men and women. They can be busy at times so try to make an appointment.
The owner did my nails, she got very upset with me because I asked her to change the polish. I asked to change the color because the one I chose from the sample pallet looked much different when she put it on, ( neon pink). She proceeded to let my nails soak for about 30 minutes. It never takes that long. She was very loud in telling me she "didn't have time for this" also saying, "I'm already having a bad day as it is ! " She told me that it was my fault because I chose the color. I offered to pay extra, she said " It's not about the money, now I have to do it all over again !" She did a very messy job in removing the old polish AND then applying the new polish. It was very embarrassing being treated that way, everyone could hear the way she was rudely scolding me. Her name is "Holly", the owner and showed very unprofessional attitude. I've always tipped well here in the past. No paying customer deserves this.
Asked for a manicure... If I wanted disgusting looking nails I would've done them myself. Would not recommend
They do a fantastic job for men on hair cuts pedi and manicures
Well my nails looked nice at the end but the woman burned my legs with the hot towel, the water was way too hot on the towel and in the pedicure bowl, then she tried to dig out an ingrown nail till bloody and when I asked her to stop told me to sit there and be quiet. Finally I demanded she stop and she called me a baby. Ha!! Anyway, at least they have a great stylist there but I won't return!!!
