Thank you for the gorgeous set by Tina. T&M is very popular and worth the wait. The process is relaxing, and the shape of my nails is perfect every time. I always leave a happy customer. Leaving the salon with a fresh set and pedicure and waxed eyebrows increases my confidence to 1000%
This nail salon is the worse nail salon. if I could get it nagative stars I would. I've been going to this nails on for about 2 years MAGGIE the owner had everyone refusing to do my mani and pedi because the lady that normal did it left. I'm always respectful, patient and I tip. I can at 9:40 am....even though it opened at 10.....I was the 2 nd person there and did not receive services bc 2 techs simply did not want to do my toes and Maggie let the nail lady do someone else's nails bc it would be "quick". This happened to me about 4 times. When I complain she tries to bribe me with freaking candy. Like no you guys suck and your wrong. It's discrimination at this point.
Worst nail salon in the Coney Island area nails are not even neat waste of money but I will be getting my refund don't go here! Ladies get your money's worth.
Waited 3 hours for a terrible gel mani and pedi. The polish was bumpy, had what it looks like powder that was painted over. The white color wasnt even solid, it looks like the bottle of polish was finishing and wasn't enough. I even overheard other clients complaining that they had a appointment and still had them waiting. First and last time going
If i could give this place Zero stars i would. But too bad i cant i called in advance at 6:30 to say i was gunna come around 7:00 to make sure it was not crowded i get there @ 7 Oclock it is now 8:30 as im sitting in this place an my nail are still not donee an i just thought too yelp for help
