T & T Nails LLC in Colchester, VT

Worst customer service ever.. due to being 7 minutes late as I expected when being late I called them 2 times 1 time they didn't answer and second time letting them know I would be 5 min late as they answered. When I got there I was approached very unprofessionally by some guy saying he can't due design. My neice wanted French tip I wanted christmas nails so I told him I'd give my slot up due to being late an not wanting them to rush.. the guy started yelling we make him loose money and disrespected us entire time because we had a 5.min mishap in traffic.. stuff happeneds and I just don't think it's ok to treat people the way they did very unprofessional a customer always gets there needs met..so out of 2 appt we got 1 done the nails did look good but are already chipped and falling off.. as of I, mine got down and adore nails in essex jct amazing service and very very friendly. Sorry but would not recommend or go back to..

I went for a mani/pedi as a fun treat and to spend a Friday afternoon of quality time with 8 yo granddaughter.  We were immediately greeted by a man who was not at all customer friendly, not even a simple hello!  We got checked in and I asked him if he could show me where the polish that appeared as a shimmering rainbow of colors in the light might be?  He just said whatever they had was on the board (of hundreds of polishes), in no particular order, I might add. I assumed that because he wasn't busy, only playing games on his computer he would be happy to show me but didn't and went back to his game while I looked for a bit and asked again.  Git the same answer as he continued too play the same game.  I finally asked a last time and he gave the same answer as before, but was very irritated because I disturbed his game!  I finally got my answer after 15 minutes from a customer!  That was the first issue!

Secondly,  we each got our nails done and they were poorly done at best!  The polish was gobbled up and on the skin.  By Saturday, the polish was peeling off the nails.   It was really disappointing.  After spending $150 I would have hoped to be able to have the job last for an event on Saturday!  I guess the next time I will have my 8 yo granddaughter do it the next time, being she ended up doing it for me for my event!  

In closing, if you are looking fir quality and personality,  look to another place as I received either there!!!

Very attentive and personable place to get your nails done . Good conversations and my nails never looked better . Comfortable surroundings and the coolest table with dryers inside . You have to see it

This salon does an amazing spa pedicures. There is a menu to chose from, including lavender, jasmine and so on. The kits used for the scrub and also for lotion application. They will also do a hot stone massage. Finally, they do a great job with the toe nails and polish. I always leave feeling very pampered.

Chi is the absolute best! This is the only place I will go for a pedicure. I've been to a dozen salons and this is the only one who takes their time. They also get all your ingrowns & calluses. Try today!!!!
