Wonderful nail salon. Tiffany and her team are great! The massage chairs are brand new and great. The price is fair and the owner has a great sense of humour. I always leave happier than when I arrive!
Please save your $ and pick another nail shop. I came with my sister to get our nails done and they did a horrible job. We came to Carmel for a staycation so I didn't want this experience to ruined my day. My sister's new set all broke within 2 days and my lady cut my finger and she poured alcohol to stop the bleeding. It's laughable now but I was livid. The entire 2 hrs in this nail shop was hell.
They did fantastic pedicures, massage chairs were new & it was super clean in there would definitely be back
Tiffany the owner is fabulous! I had an amazing experience at her nail salon! She is friendly and attentive, and she really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. T & L Salon was clean and well-maintained, and they used high-quality products. I left feeling pampered and with beautiful nails. Highly recommended!"
Not worth the cost. I went with my daughter for girl time to get a pedicure but the woman doing my daughter's toe nails kept messing it up, then half cleaning and redoing it over and over again. she doesn't even clean off the whole nail. The woman doing my pedicure did not apply a second coat. she kept going through the motions to make it look like she was doing it but she only put one coat and just kept running the polish brush over without adding any polish. They're very stingy with the polish and would only apply a thin coat and not go over it again. all this for $55 per person. Horrible service !!!! I'll never go back. it's a shame that they're losit ng customers while trying to save on nail polish !
