Will never go back.....wanted a shampoo and a cut and the woman insisted on spraying down my hair then cut then shampoo. Told her no wanted it shampooed first then cut. She said cutting wet hair ruins scissors. Always gotten a shampoo and cut never like she said. Told her she was nuts and said I would never be back and left. Mgr tried to run after me but again no one in there let's you talk makes you hear them first...slammed my car door shut told mgr I'd never be back. Went to other supercut in north end got a shampoo and a cut and the girls scissors were fine
Most definitely NOT closed. I go to this location every few months for a trim but haven't had time lately. I went to another salon recommended by a family member who fried my hair completely. After 4 weeks, I came back to Supercuts accepting I had to chop all my hair off to fix the damage. When I arrived, Sara was extremely helpful. I explained what had previously happened, and she offered advice and cut my hair. It didn't even have to be chopped off as much as I was expecting and she told me which products to use and how to use them to fix the damage. She was amazing.
I like there motto and all but they always mess up my haircut,And I can't say I don't like it and ask for a refund because that makes me feel bad.My haircut is simple but they don't seem to get it.They always cut my hair too short .I was there and the lady left at the start of my haircut and was talking to customers for 10 min then did it again for like 15 mins but it felt like forever.Basically I say go to a barber just not here.i showed a pic and they were like " I can't do it but can make it look like it"then said "go to a barber".Literally also they don't even give a hot towel unless you ask.
