Supercuts in Fresno, CA

Walk-ins not welcome. Every single time I've come here they always tell me they're booked for the day and that I have to make an appointment. It doesn't matter what day or time. Today when I went in there were two women working and nobody in the salon. I ask to have my daughters bangs cut. They said they were booked. I told them I don't see anyone here. Their response was they had people possibly coming in 15 mins. That was a big if. I hope it was worth loosing multiple customers over. I don't feel like wasting my time there anymore

I made an appointment ahead of time for a cut, bangs, shampoo and blow out. When I got the salon Antonio checked me in, saw the services I needed and he refuse to take me in. There were other 2 stylists who were willing to do them if I can come back later, which it was not possible, reason why I made an appointment. Piece of advice, is 2023 make sure your online booking aligns with your staff willingness to work, because if your customers make an appointment ahead of time for a service and your establishment accepts it, it should be fulfilled. I could have made an appointment at a different place, now I know for next time

I think the picture speaks for itself .... Can we leave Zero stars? Chopped up his hair and we can't fix it cuz it's too short.

I'm not picky about my haircuts or anything but this location runs on appointments and every time I have an appointment, they go based off of who arrived first rather than who is scheduled at a specific time. The whole point of scheduling my haircut appointment is that I don't have to wait a ton for my cut, but they don't follow that rule at all so if you schedule your cut, arrive 10-15mins early or else they will put someone in your timeslot and completely ignore your scheduled appointment even if you arrive 5mins early,

Supercuts on Kings Canyon has very positive, likeable hair stylists who do their job well. I especially appreciate Jessica, Andrea, and Aurora. It has been a better experience now compared to October 2019 when I had the misfortune of having DIANE service me. She was insecure on how to cut my hair. I pointed out a hair stylist in the room who had previously cut my hair well but DIANE chose not to ask for help. She ultimately left my hair cut uneven on both sides. Furthermore, the bad cut was not the worst of it. She was ILL-TEMPERED. I innocently showed her Hmong writing and asked her if she understood it to help me know what it meant. In front of everyone, she bellowed "I AM NOT HMONG! I'M [...]I AM REALLY OFFENDED!" This was very UNPROFESSIONAL. By that time I was fuming but decided not to cause a scene. I did not care about the cut by that time. I just wanted to get out of there. I paid the bill and left without giving her any type of tip. Later when I realized how bad the cut was, I went back and asked Jessica if she could do some type of damage control on the cut and she did. After that, I never returned until I found out she no longer worked at Supercuts. So now in 2022, I am happy to have Jessica, Andrea, or Aurora work on my hair in a better ambience.
