I've had my nails done here before , that's why i went back. the service was great the first go around ... this time i was told that something could be done by one artist before going through two more that still did not deliver what i asked for. Then the other nail techs did not want to help/fix them because i spoke up about not liking them. like WHAT ? never again.
Me and my cousins nails look great! But the man she got (older gentleman) was VERY RUDE AND PUSHY. he told her 45$ then by the end upped it to 50$ for a matte coat. We told him 20+ times that she didn't want the matte coat and will pay 40$, he did not let go of her hand, he kept telling her "no, no, you get matte" I had to step in because my cousin is shy and the man said "are you doing her nails? Or am I?" "Are you paying for her nails?" Was very disrespectful, basically had to throw the 40$ at him and run. Almost had a loyal customer but f***k THAT. Also saw these pictures on there wall, BEWARE. They are just trying to make their money and GO.
A great shop I have been going here for years Ken or T is the guys you want to see . Peter is also good ! Ken also do eyebrows good .
I like this salon, They're fast and my nails usually last for 3 Weeks or longer. Ask for Ken, he's the best.
First time here and the last. I came in and wanted my nails completely redone. The lady who had a hard time answering my questions told me "no you get fill in" Not what I wanted but figured she knew more than I. All in all it took about 10 times for her to understand that I wanted nail art. My tips were short to begin with so I don't know why she filed them and I didn't ask. Took forever and I left when they refused to fix a nail that bubbled up while drying. The next day my nails were already peeling.
