Got my lash extensions done here a while back, they fell off within 24hours. Went back to have them fixed, again fell off the next day. When I called to speak to the manager about my dissatisfaction of the service, she denied me a refund. Disputed it with my bank for MONTHS and she continued to fight it because "I received the service I paid for"..... yeah except lashes are supposed to last longer than 24hrs lol. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I went there for my 3rd ear lobe piercing with Laruen Short. What a great experience! Her patient room has plenty of natural light with a touch of floral aroma. She was very professional and patient in evaluating my ear anatomy and aligning the piercings with my existing ones. She put me at ease during the process, using a needle and titanium jewelry to maximize safety. All in all, I highly recommend coming to Lauren for your ear lobe piercings!
I had been thinking about lashes for a while,I am an older woman and don't have many lashes anymore,so I decided to give it a try,I was not disappointed.My lashes look great and my tech was Sierra,she was wonderful! I would recommend Sierra and the salon to anyone who is considering lashes,you will be amazed!
My lash tech was nice. I believe she was also the owner. I went for a lash lift. During my appointment, there were several other techs with clients in the same room with us. Through out my appointment she would tell personal stories laced with profanity. At first I blew it off, but the longer I listened to it the more annoyed I became. Personal services should be done in a professional atmosphere and allow the client to relax. When I was done, I could hardly tell anything had been done to my lashes. Hopefully they can improve in the future.
Hybrid full-set for $150 plus tip. Definitely not what I expected. Still had gaps on the outer corners; not to mention this set looked like I was already 2 weeks in. Very disappointed. Been getting my lashes done for the past 5 years and this is the very first time I felt my money was a complete waste. Do not recommend this lash place.
