After I tried to reason with the owner, and him and his hair dresser refused to fixed the blatant problem, this is what the OWNER/DAVID, private messaged me. He didn't have the courage to let everyone see his comment. Do you really want to support someone and their business that treats their customers like this? How appalling and inappropriate.
As everyone can clearly read, he never said I was wrong, he just called me hard to please. Is that so wrong to get exactly what I pay for? I hope people read this private comment he wrote, called a customer an "a$$hole," and said I was in the wrong. Being in business a long time doesn't automatically make you know everything about how to treat people.
