Krista always goes out of her way to fit me into her busy schedule, my hair has never been so long and healthy. On top of that, she always comes up with an absolute fire color for my hair, when I never know what I actually want. Highly recommend. I send all of my friends to her too!
I would love to leave a review regarding her skills with hair. However, I cannot. I made an appointment via text message. I showed up a few minutes early and had to search for her studio because I did not receive any info regarding which # she was in. After waiting several minutes I texted her to let her know I was there. I got a response text saying she would be 15 minutes late. Which, really means the hair cut probably wouldn't start for at least 20-25 mins once things got organized, etc. Super frustrating. I got my butt out of the house in the middle of bed time routine with 2 kids ON TIME. The least she could have done was give me a heads up.
The whole reason I wanted to cut my hair was because I have a new baby so it's hard to be gone for long - which she knew.
I gave 2 stars because when I had to cancel my first appointment due to being really sick she was nice about it.
Ugh! I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found Krista! Her knowledge of product, color, texture, and shape has really amazed me.
I am super picky and I change my mind all of the time and she listens to me but also gives me the best suggestions to keep my hair healthy.
I recommend her for colors, cuts, and styles.
