First time ever getting a Brazilian (or any wax for that manner). Molly was awesome! Friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The prices were reasonable and the facilities were very clean. I've already booked follow ups and recommended it to a couple of friends.
I made an appointment online for a wax. When I went in, I immediately noticed how clean and tidy it was. I filled out a little questionnaire and was brought back. Cassie was super nice and made me feel comfortable. My first appointment, the hair was too short. She recommended I come back the next week so I booked another appointment and went back. It was great! I explained to her how it was my first wax and how I was nervous. She was completely understanding and explained everything to me step by step and made me feel super comfortable. Cassie did a great job and I will definitely be seeing her again!! Thank you Cassie!!

I've waited a week to get in because of my schedule, so I was super excited to get my appointment. Drove over there and was late, yes, but the gal at the desk informed me that I wouldn't be able to get in today and offered to reschedule. I understand the whole late thing but she did have time to do my wax before the next appointment. I'm in the service industry myself and I am a business owner. No offered to go to someone else within the salon, nothing. If they have this kind of policy it would be great if they let people know at the time they scheduled. I guess it's just fantastic that they didn't charge me up front.
I was very anxious about getting my brows waxed due to being burned multiple times before, but Molly did an incredible job of explaining about how the low temp wax they use in incapable of causing burns etc. She also used oils to lessen the sensitivity of my skin. My brows turned out exactly how I wanted them. Great clean and friendly atmosphere, highly recommend!
