Square Nails & Spa in San Antonio, TX

My nails were okay. But the mistake I made was not ask for prices. they do not have prices posted anywhere. I paid for a new dip set for me and a new glitter set for my daughter. I ended up paying $155!!! I will not be back.

Worth the 35 min drive from converse! I waited until my 2nd visit to review. Judy had done my nails both times. I always had gel polish but only ever lasted 3 days before chipping because I'm rough with them. She suggested the color powder that she put on top of my natural nail. They lasted and held up! I'm surprised because I'm always in the yard, craft with chemicals, and do harder house work/repair mostly without wearing gloves. Paint and dirt never got under the layers nor did the powder separate from my nail. I had also gotten a pedicure the 1st time and loved it, I'll be back for another. On top of quality work, the staff are fun to talk to, kind and knowledgeable. Can't wait for my next visit.

10 star kinda place. I have been here 3 times before posting a review and I won't be going anywhere else. (I never review a place, but I love this salon so much that i want to support it) To keep it simple, great customer service, quality, and creativity. Judy the owner is on top of things, and even though I don't know her personally all that well... you can tell she cares about her business, employees, and customers! I found my nail salon home.

An awesome hidden gem on the west side of SA complete with complementary drinks! The inside is very classy & clean with every color polish you could dream of adorning the walls and three crystal chandeliers adding to the ambiance. I loved how sanitary they are (I was asked to wash my hands immediately before any services- yay!) and all of the salon chairs/pedicure chairs are brand new and spotless. I got a hot stone & paraffin wax pedicure and a French manicure overlay fill and loved every second! I wish the hot stone massage would have lasted a little longer because it felt so amazing. The pedicure technician was so meticulous and asked for my input throughout to make sure she was using the perfect amount of pressure, the towel and wax temperature was perfect, if I wanted another topcoat, etc. I loved getting to have my input to make sure I was 100% happy. Judy was my manicurist and she is also the owner, so I was treated like a star. She is not only meticulous but a true artist at what she does. I loved her attention to detail and how gentle she was! I can't wait to come back!
