I have never been this upset at a nail salon ever. The nail tech literally told me that it is my fault that I was not paying attention ..... as in paying attention to what she is doing. She claimed that my nail grows crooked and that it's my fault. The green picture is what she did to my nails.... The blue is me getting my nails done somewhere else ... Does my nail look like it's crooked ???? This is literally insane. Note: these are my real nails in both green and blue they just have dip on top only. I asked for skinny square .... The 2nd salon made it happen and fixed everything that this salon did wrong. On top of her messing up my nail she didn't even sculpt the nails in general, she didn't even use the foil with the acetone to remove the old powder, she tried to shave it all off and that's how she probably messed up my nail in the first place. She 100% skipped multiple steps. Prior to this the owner did my nails and they were great so based on all the steps the owner took I know this lady skipped steps. Horrible experience, be aware if you have the little old short lady do your nails. I have never in my life left a nail salon without tipping, I was that mad. Not to mentioned when the other ladies were asking what's wrong she was screaming that I am mad because my nails grow crooked absolutely insane!
I went in to get a nail fixed that chipped on the end (totally my fault) and Sophia was so nice and fixed it for me within 5 minutes. She even remembered my name from making my appointment on the phone and she wasn't even the one who did my nails. I love going here not only because it is so close to where I live but I always feel very welcomed and they do a great job!
Got there when they opened and felt like it was too early to be there. A woman named joann did my nails with powder dip and two nail chipped within two days. She seemed bothered to do my nails at first, just not a comfortable experience. Take your chances.
Kim did a great job on my pedicure. Called on a Thursday afternoon to see if they had any openings and was told to come right in. After a short wait, Kim gave me a great gel pedicure. I'm prone to ingrown big toes, so I appreciated the time and care she spent. Will be returning.
Been coming here since they opened. Sofia and Kim are great. You do need to make an appointment.
