Sport Clips Haircuts of Westchester Commons in Midlothian, VA

Was really good when I started going years ago but I'm beginning to get the impression that management could be inadequate. There is an ever revolving door of stylists and it seems like a lot even for an entry level stylist position. I've finally given up on it and I'm finding another place to cut my hair. I really don't like the haircuts I've been getting and I feel like I've given clear instruction on what exactly I want.

Got my hair cut by a young lady that seemed very unsure of herself. She couldn't figure out how to hold the scissors correctly, which was unnerving. I asked for a wet cut. She spritzed my hair once and within a minute it was totally dry but she never rewetted it. She cut off way less than I asked for and ignored some parts totally like my bangs. Normally I'd be upset by not having enough taken off, but given her lack of skill it was probably a good thing in this case. I won't be going back.

Seems like every time we go here it just gets worse. If this doesn't make you reconsider going here, I don't know what will. We checked in on the app about 10 minutes before we arrived at 6:05 for two haircuts. There is only one person ahead of us when we arrived. They finally take my son back well over 30 minutes after we get there, so like 40 minutes after checking into the app which gave an estimate of like 20 minutes. Then they skip me on the list to take another person that arrived 25 minutes after us. I could understand if that person checked in on the app, but they didn't. They checked in when they arrived. By the time they called me back, I asked to be skipped since my wife made dinner and it was getting cold while waiting for us. Well, they finally finished my son's haircut at 7:30. The sad part is, I love to give good tips and my son likes watching games there, but taking 1 hour 25 minutes for a single haircut is just a no go. This is one of the main reasons we go there so infrequently. Going to try Cutz for Guys since I hear they are quick and do a great job.

Will never go back- hairstylist was nasty and impatient with my son. Didn't even finish. If you have a toddler or young child, do not bring them here.

I love taking my brother here to get his hair cut! The location is extremely convenient, off 288 in the Westchester Commons shopping area, not too far from Chesterfield Towne Center. There's lots of shopping and entertainment in this shopping center and it's great for taking leisurely walks. The staff at this location is always friendly and personable. My brother is pretty shy and yet they always know how to engage him in conversation while providing an excellent service each and every time! It's nice that walk-ins are welcome - they are never too busy! Prices are extremely reasonable for the service you receive. They offer specials and MVP upgrades often which are worth their value. We love this location so much that my brother lives on the complete opposite side of Chesterfield County and we are HAPPY to travel to come to this particular location every time!
