They close at 8pm. I walk in at exactly 730, average male looking for a regular quick military style fade haircut. Turned away because "they close soon and are done for the evening." I get coming in last minute is kind of a dick move but damn.
ZERO STARS IF I COULD if you have any children who cannot sit by themselves DO NOT take them here they refused service to my autistic child who can not sit by themselves without having a melt down, I had send an email to the owner which in turn took about 2 weeks and a call back here to get him to call me and he had the nerve to tell me he didn't see why I was so upset. Places like this should have accommodations for children who need accommodations with ADA. I refuse to set foot into this salon again!
In town visiting family and needed a haircut. I've been to a location where I live so I know what type of service they provide. Katie did an excellent job. She took the time to make sure my haircut looked great, stylish and professional. Next time I'm in town and need a haircut, I will definitely return and ask for Katie!!!!
Is there a way to give 0 stars? I have the side of my hair shaved and the rest is all one length. (shoulder length) I decided to stop in one night on a whim, just to get my side shaved. Something I will regret for at least the next year. Christina, my stylist gouged my hairline and went up into my part by about an inch, not to mention my entire hairline is completely uneven!!! I have not cut or colored my hair for over a year, just letting it all grow out will take over a year. When I got home and ran my fingers through my hair, the hair that fell out literally filled my sink. The next day upon speaking to the manager I was given a free bottle of shampoo and conditioner. What an insult!!! I asked if I could speak to her manager and I have yet to hear from anybody. Its clear that customer service is not their thing! I put several phone calls in to the shop to follow up and Amber, who answered the phone is the most unprofessional loud mouth I have ever encountered. When Amber thought she put me on hold I heard her and Jackie both laughing about the situation in the background!!!!!! People like this give their place of business and our entire community a bad name!
