Not sure why there's so many bad reviews, I recently started getting my haircut here because of my work schedule. They're open 7 days a week and it's the only place I'm able to make it to. I've had my haircut now by 3 or 4 different barbers in this facility and they've all done an outstanding job. Easy to talk to and not overbearing. Would highly recommend.
Really upset with the haircut my son got today. Due to COVID I sent him in alone. He told them to do his usual cut with a number two on the sides. The kid went in with a full, and I mean full head of hair and came out with a buzz cut! Nothing like he ever has had! A number two on the sides doesn't mean a number two all over. He is so embarrassed of his hair right now he hasn't taken his hood off since he got it and is begging to not have to go to school tomorrow. And to top this all off it cost me an obscene amount of money for something that required zero skill, buzzing a poor kids hair off. Am very very upset and will never go back here!!! And to all moms sending kids in there, you better make sure you go in there with them to let them know what exactly you want!
We have been coming here since they opened for my son's haircuts. Stacey and Crystal are our favorites. Typically we have a good experience, but today was a not so good, but neither of those girls were working. We did the online check-in, arrived about 20 minutes before our given estimated arrival time, went into the salon and physically checked in to let them know we were here, and then went back to our vehicle as we have the past few times we have been here due to COVID precautions. When it came to my son's turn for his cut, he was skipped over because he wasn't sitting inside. I open the door to say something and see there are 4 employees, 2 of which weren't wearing their masks, plus about 8 clients waiting inside which I'm pretty sure is more than the capacity limits of 4 people per 1000 sq. feet. So if you choose to go here, I would advise you not follow proper guidelines by waiting in your vehicle.

Best haircuts and best staff hands down. I highly recommend going here. When you go make sure you get the MVP for the hot towel and scalp and back massage.
