@ Becky, If I wanted to put a bowl on my head and cut around it I sure wouldn't have paid $25 to do so. Not sure how you just cut straight across my forehead and didn't even ask if that was okay. Insane.
I've been going to Sport Clips since October. The staff is always friendly, and they seem to be doing the right things. I appreciate the cleanliness of the shop. They are busy, so I would recommend using the app to get your name on the list.
My boyfriend and son were about 5 minutes away from Sport Clips and the app said there was no wait, but wouldn't let me check them in without calling. I called in at about 4:30 to get them checked in and mentioned to the girl who answered they were 5 minutes away. The girl who answered the phone said oh they already closed the drawers. I could hear other customers in the background and asked how that's possible if obviously there are still people there. She said oh well we are closed. I mentioned to her that on their app it says there isn't a wait and they don't close until 5, (And I get it...the store closes at 5, but doesn't mention anything about they will stop taking clients earlier than that). She then just giggled and said fine if you want to bring your kid in for a haircut we will do it. No thank you. I don't want to spend money at a place where they want to lie about being closed just so they can take it easy and not deal with another customer.
If you have been to any Sport Clips, you have been to this one. You get a quality haircut with a MVP treatment (extra cost). The location is clean and and welcoming.
