Very nice.    Quick haircut for a Sunday    Short wait at noon opening.    I was impressed

Well, first time I left a haircut before it was done.
I usually suck it up and take my awful haircut, but this time I told her I'd like to leave after she used a 2 to the top instead of blending the fade to a 4 and specifically to make it not look sharp (super friendly lady by the way), then she asked a coworker to come over, which I assumed to fix it so I wouldn't leave but then she said it was a 4... Instead of focusing on trying to fix it, she was more concerned of saying the customer was wrong than offering help. So I left and got it fixed to the best I could elsewhere

I don't know why this place got all the hate reviews. They were very professional and the service was top notch they also made recommendations for additional services that were needed

Well let me start off by saying all the negative reviews for this place are not warranted. After visiting the other location (which I removed my review for) and having an experience that was unbelievable. My stylist was not there and the staff that was there was openly talking about how the locations were separated by race as they proceeded to boss around an Asian American lady to do all the clean up work that the stylists are supposed to be doing. Well it sickened me beyond belief so I decided to change locations which brings me here. The ladies here were A1 top notch Ty made me feel comfortable and she was very personable. I had reservations because of the past reviews but all that melted away as the visit went on. By the time they were finished with my service I was very impressed. I will recommend to everyone I know that this place is actually the better of the two locations here in Lafayette. It was well worth the 30 mile drive from Opelousas to come and get my hair cut. Anyone worried about Covid protocols do not need to worry they made sure to disinfect every chair after every customer and also cleaned their clippers and used fresh wraps and combs. Again thank you TY for making this old dog look like a young pup.

The worst haircut ever I have been going to sport clips in general for many years now and this is definitely the worst one I never get anything  special basically a buzz cut and this woman cut my hair like it wasn't attached to someone's head and even used a whipping action to cut it and started to do some sort of fade crap to my head and all I asked for was a 4 on the sides and back then 5 on top get rid of the bangs also and she started trying to fade around the side of my head and stuff it was freaking horrible!! Will never go back here again
