Sports clips for the win! My son loves the VIP treatment. The hair cutters always give the extra service with a smile & a hot towel for my son. He just loves the extra touches and attention. Today, again, was a touchdown. We check in online and get text messages about our spot online w/out extra waiting and guessing. They did take away the punch card rewards, which is a bummer. Hopefully they will bring out a new rewards system. Next cut, we will be back.

Came here to get the kiddos haircut and was so pleased with the experience! First of all, on the weekends, there's a bit of a wait. You can actually check the wait times online, which is super helpful. You can also get on the wait list right online as well (it's linked on their Yelp page) which is amazing. My son had his hair cut by Leila (not sure of the spelling there). She was fantastic. He felt totally comfortable with her, which meant he was comfortable telling her exactly what he wanted, which further meant he walked out completely happy with his haircut (as was I! She did a great job!). If you've never been to a Sport Clips, they offer a range of haircut services. You can get anything from an in-and-out basic cut (no shampoo etc) to a cut, massaging shampoo, steam towel, and head and neck massage. The prices are all clearly outlined on their interior signage and even the most expensive service is still an amazing value ($25!). Pro-tip: If you don't specify who you want to cut your hair, the wait is significantly reduced. Many of the people on the wait list are waiting for a specific stylist. Great cut, great value--get to it!

Great haircuts but had a very rude hair stylist. She had asked how I wanted my son's hair cut and after I told her she immediately snapped at me saying that of course she would cut it that way. When she asked me what number clipper and I didn't know she rolled her eyes and snapped back that i would have to sit by her chair because since I didnt know she may cut it too long. Her attitude was ridiculous! I've never had anyone else treat me that way.

Ok I usually don't post reviews, but "Felisha" told me to complain to the owners..so here it its. Took my son in for a hair cut tonight (as we've been coming to this saloon for a few years now) and "Felisha" (new employee) gave us the worst customer service ever. First she cut my sons hair crooked in the back... and left a patch of hair on the side of his head. I asked him what happened, he told me she didn't know what his "usual" was.. and didn't know how to cut it. Then all I was asking her to do was to combine my three punch cards. She told me she couldn't do that because I did not purchase the 3rd base MVP and she couldn't take off $5. I stated I know that, I just wanted to transfer all my punches onto one card that was close to being finished. She could not understand the concept at all. I was going to pay for the hair cut full price, just wanted to combine my cards into one... and the cards say I qualify for a $5 off a MVP, not that I have to get a MVP.. I told her she needs to better understand her own rewards system, and she told me to complain to the owners... I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO FELISHA AGAIN... and please train your employees better... especially the new ones. Bad hair cut, bad customer service.
