payed them a visit & was treated with 15% off basic pedicure service. went with my friend for her birthday, Henry was my nail tech & he had a insulting sense of humor which made me very uncomfortable. He would say slick mean things and laugh even when I would clearly show that I didnt find anything funny about what he said . I was so ready to leave the salon at this point . but however my friend experience was the complete opposite. Her nail tech hey was very kind and attentive to her toes. 10/10 on him 1/10 for Henry.
Omg the new employees that work there now is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Shoutout to Mrs T she is beyond amazing and great at what she does I would recommend her a MILLION TIMES if I could! Very genuine and holds a great conversation! 10/10 I'm so ready to go back to see her!!!
I have been going here for the past 12 months every two weeks. For the most part, the service is okay, but it is not consistent.... sometimes professional, sometimes very sloppy. Besides that, Sophia has a very bad attitude. She does not listen to what the customer wants and thinks she knows everything. I will not be going back because a customer deserves to get what they ask and pay for, as well as be respected.
Anna was so rude to me today. I came in and she seem unhappy so I asked her what was wrong and she rolled her eyes and told me I was just a customer. She burned me and never said sorry she just grabbed my and and kept on sanding. She then started talking to her husband and daughter which made me feel very uncomfortable. She was talking bout me because he daughter said there is nothing wrong with my mom. Okay I was like wow. Okay I was just asking. So she well I'm telling u
