I'm genuinely astonished at the horrible treatment these people put their clientele through. I came in for a highlight on some roots that had grown out and ended up with a nightmare experience I do not wish on anyone. From the moment I walked in the door there was no semblance of customer service to be found. Marrissa Parker immediately grabbed an older male stylist upon my arrival. The older male stylist ended up doing 80% of the work I had initially hired Marissa to do. I did not know Marissa was an inexperienced stylist when I booked this appointment. On the website all it says is that she's a stylist and that's what I needed to simply fill in my roots on a few sections of hair. They do not ask me any hair history or goals for the day talking over me as if I were furniture. My comments go ignored or talked over as this "stylist" attempts to do highlights for what I'm assuming is the very first time in her life. The older stylist pinned my hair up without separating my natural color and my bleached color very well or brushing/combing my hair at all. He kept INSISTING the unevenness will blend and will be beautiful which I did not ask for and he did not ask me if I wanted "blended" roots. In fact I was hardly asked any important questions the entire time. I've had blended roots before. What he was doing was not that. So with no proper parting, no brushing and no foils they proceed to slap bleach directly on my head aggressively from both sides as Marissa cannot possibly do this task on her own. I noticed while they were applying the bleach that my hair had not been parted correctly and a piece of my fringe had been hit with the bleach. I watched as the older man tried to incorporate that piece with the rest of the bleach, as it wasn't fully saturated just ended up orange. He later tried to play this off as a mysterious "auburn color" that looks good. Which I asked to be fixed as it was an obvious mistake. He also did this poorly after my hair had been shampooed. He removed the color that had sat on my hair for maybe 10 minutes. It came out splotchy and much lighter than my natural color. So there is a red piece in the middle of my face. I unfortunately trusted the process. The bleach was uneven. I have spots and stripes where they missed. The male stylist wanted to get me to platinum which I also never asked for. My skin was never protected at all during this process. I got bleach on my shirt and on my face and forehead. I also left with color on my forehead and some unknown solution dribbled all the way down my face, eye, and into my mouth while the older man tried to remove the color he put in the red piece. There were often dirty rags in my face, and Marissa's jewelry and wet hair ties rubbing in my face. The bleach was all but painted directly onto my scalp without brushing, parting, foils, or proper protection of my skin and natural hair. At one point while I was processing I worried they would forget about me as Marrissas boyfriend was distracting her and all she wanted to do was sit with him and ignore her responsibilities at work. There are many sections where the bleach expanded to my natural hair giving me blonde roots on hair that should be brown, again in error. They never included a tone or a gloss so it's incredibly yellow and nearly green. Imagine walking around with raw bleach on your head after walking out of a "Luxury" salon, sounds insane right? Well that's apparently the "look" they're going for. When I brought this to the company's attention the following day I was told only the owner could fix it. Would you accept food from a restaurant that gave you food poisoning? I know I'd be hesitant. So I declined and asked for a refund. I was called a B**** by the company owner, Daniel, after I pointed out how ill equipped his staff is at handling fairly simple tasks such as basic customer service and performing a simple duty as a stylist. There's no excuse for this kind of behavior from adult business owners. If you need your hair done STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!
