SNOBS Salon and Spa in Concord, NC

Recently celebrated reaching my weight loss goal by getting a sassy new hair cut by my favorite stylist Angie! She is always so flexible with my visions, she gets me right in on what time works for me and is so patient. I love going to see her and I always leave feeling beautiful. I love the cut the color and the style! Everyone there is always friendly when I go in but Angie is who I've always seen! Very happy with my services here! Definitely recommend!

Hands down the worst haircut I've ever had.  At first I thought that it was just cut too short but it has been 6 weeks and I still can't do anything with my hair! My bangs are supposed to be feathered but she evidently just blunt cut them and when I try to comb them back after I use the curling iron,  they just fall down and do not go back at all! I will never go back!

Called to schedule a first time appointment. New to area. Loved the website....beware their customer service can best be described by the name of the business. They should not be in the service industry. Rude, disrespectful and obvious they do not want business. Woman that answered said no one was there then put on hold. Another woman answered stating what do you want. When asked if they were taking appointments or open, informed that she was only one there and no one else working. That she just wanted to know what I wanted. I stated I understand it is difficult but that it didn't seem like they wanted business and based on attitude that I could go some where else. That is exactly what I am going to do.

I received service at this Salon for 4 years faithfully. The owner is very stuck up. She thinks she is "all that" the stylist who did my hair was a know it all and had no "filter" The owner picks and chooses who she wants to be her client. I've heard on several occasions that she does not provide what her business owners need to run her business eg. Detergent, trash bags etc. The salon is filthy. The owners husband works across the street. I requested a quote for lawn service and he never got back with me. These people go to church, but really give Christians a bad name. I found another salon that is fantastic, friendly,affordable and the stylists are so kind. SNOB Salon fits  its name SNOBS. I was told not to come back. This was a refreshing comment. I never desire to give these ladies my business ever again. They suck!!!! I am really writing this review because they don't need or want your business.

My regular stylist is on maternity leave so I picked SNOBS as an in between cut. They were nice and accommodating but my hair cut is awful. I've waited some days before posting to see if I get used to it. I asked for a trim and a shape up on a short hair cut. She chopped off huge chunks on the longer side and my hair sticks straight up. I've combed, blow dried, etc. The girl ran nearly 45 minutes late as well.
