Jeanine my stylist is extremely experienced and helpful when determining what looks best on me. She has a lovely way about her and converses easily with you. The salon is clean and busy. All the stylists get along and work well with each other. I hope to visit often.

Close to me and Jeanne does my hair. She is very careful and just does a super job .. Very skilled I go every 8 weeks and staff there is very supportive

The website promises a 45 minute experience for shampoo/cut/style, with a consultation and scalp massage. I was escorted to the sink by someone who didn't introduce herself. I told her I wanted a cut that is shorter in the back, with a sharp angle to the front. I very specifically asked her to take as little off the length in the front as possible, as I HATE a chin length cut with my face shape. I walked out less than twenty minutes later with a chin length, blunt cut that cost me $45 plus a tip. There is no angle to the cut, and it's the exact length that I hate. I regret my decision to try a new salon. No consultation, no scalp massage, a stylist who didn't introduce herself and didn't listen to what I wanted, and a haircut that I hate. I would never recommend this salon, and I'll never go there again.

Don't waste your time or your money. I will say nothing bad about the stylist who did my hair, as she is at no fault. But the establishment itself is a joke. Got a color I wasn't happy with, went back to get it corrected and was charged full price AGAIN. Was told because I got a full color correction. And? It was YOUR managements fault in the first place as the stylist got advice and confirmation from them as a mentor and it didn't turn out. Not to mention when I did return for the fix I had a woman (I'm assuming a manager) argue with me and say it's what I asked for. No, I absolutely did NOT ask for Ronald McDonald roots and reddish brown ends. I'm not in the circus, but maybe this salon is.

Pretty good. I'd give it more stars if it was cheaper. The girl I've gone to twice now does exactly what I ask her to with my cut and highlights. It's really hard to find someone who will actually get the highlights close to your scalp, and she does, and does it well. The color is usually good and I've never had issues with her leaving foils in for too long. She's really great. The salon itself is a bit run down looking. Doesn't look like the owner puts much money back into the business. They use cooking type aluminum foil for the foils, which even I know is a no-no (thank you Tabetha's Salon Takeover!) but, I didn't have a problem with the highlights the first time so I went back again. Also, there's always hair on the ground when I go in. Not by my stylist's chair, but by other chairs which is kind of a turnoff for me. I know its a hair salon, I know hair falls on the floor, but I think it should be swept up after the client leaves. I'd give it fewer stars if it wasn't for this one girl.
