Love, love, love my hair since Tyler has been doing it. I usually get a coloring and cut every time I go in and he keeps it in tiptop shape. Does an awesome job, I have no objections to him doing whatever he needs to do because whatever he does makes me happy! Have your haircut the way you want it to look very satisfied! I had a pedicure with Rita this afternoon. It was the best pedicure I've had in years. Rita is friendly, thorough with great communication and sanitation practices. 100% recommend. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I got extensions for the first time for a special occasion. Within 24 hours, the first extension came out and was dangling before I even had my hair styled for the event. I called the salon immediately, and due to the time constraint the day of the event, the only time they could offer me was 8:00 the next morning. The salon is over an hour away from where I currently live and work. The second extension came out the next week ( 9 days out from when the extensions were put in). I called the salon again, and they told me I could either come in and have them taken out OR be partially refunded and have them removed somewhere else. Days before the appointment (between Saturday when I talked to the salon and the appointment day of Tuesday) I washed my hair as usual, and the majority of the the rest of the extensions were loose/slipping. Since there were still a couple days before my scheduled appointment, I took the extentions out myself in order to look presentable at work and make sure the extensions wouldn't fall out while at work. I called the salon on Monday (as soon as I got off work) to tell them that I no longer needed the appointment since the extensions were already out. The salon told me they would talk to the owner, Rosie, and contact me on Tuesday. Rosie finally called me at 6:33pm Tuesday night. I didn't recognize the number, so I let it go to voicemail. In the voicemail Rosie said she would only be available for 15 more minutes and after that, wouldn't be available until after 12:30 Wednesday. I called her back immediately. Rosie didn't hesitate to say "there are always two sides to every story, so I'm curious to hear what you have to say." This immediately caught me off gaurd and I pretty much knew instantly that this was not going to go 8n my favor. I preceded to tell her the same story as above. Rosie was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and told me that she was NOT going to offer me a refund of ANY KIND as it was MY fault the extensions fell out because I used dry shampoo. I only used dry shampoo on the very top roots of my hair, where the extensions weren't even placed. I told Rosie the styilst NEVER told me I couldn't use dry shampoo, to which Rosie responded "well I guess it just her word against yours, isn't it?" I was SHOCKED!!! I tried telling Rosie that she was being completely unprofessional and that the styist should have gone through all the dos/don'ts of extensions, knowing that I had never had extensions before. Rosie continued to argue with me telling me my pictures turned out beautiful ( I had obviously never showed her a picture of my event, because my extensions didn't make it to the appointment I had scheduled). Rosie then stated " well thats the great thing about social media, everything is public". Rosie facebook STALKED me to see my pictures! Rosie continued talk over me until I ended the call since she wasn't listening to me anyway . The extensions the salon recommended were $630+ and the application if the extensions was $200, without tip. The salon MANDATES you to have you get the extensions put in there. Not only that, nut they keep the packaging the extensions come in, so you are forced to have them remove the extensions, where there is also a fee to take them out. The salons I called about this experience were BLOWN away, not only about the outright DISRESPECT and UNPROFESSIONALISM, but also their prices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long time client of Signature Salon and Spa, and I cannot recommend their staff and establishment enough. I've had my hair done countless times (from color to styling), my makeup done for weddings, nails done, facials, massages, you name it! Rosie, the manager, sure knows what she's doing when it comes to ambiance, staff and overall customer care. My hair girl is Rachel, she is kind, fun, hilarious, down to earth and so so SO talented at her job, I cannot recommend her enough. Some other great staff members I've gotten to know during my time include: Lauren L, Brittany K, Mandy C, and Alexia M. If you are in the Waukesha area and looking for high quality beauty treatment needs - look no further THIS IS THE PLACE!
