the owner is very rude. she told me she didn't wanna see me and get out because i didn't hear her the first time when she said to put my mask on. this is not her first time being EXTREMELY rude

If i could give no stars i would! To me, character and kindness matter more than the service itself. Sid, the actual owner is extremely rude to muslims! Yes i said it! Just because you had one bad interaction with someone previously doesn't mean you have to be rude to us all. I've watched her have multiple conversations with different people and as soon as my turn comes she doesn't even say a word! She also  acts a certain way which makes me feel uncomfortable . This will be my last visit! I owe it to myself to go where i feel respected! The girl that works their is very nice and does a great job! So no I'm not judging all based on one ignorant persons interaction.

I had an excellent experience with penna. she was really quick & did my eye brows amazingly great. I asked for my brows to be cleaned & she did just that while still keeping the natural shape of my brows. I was in there about 10 mins at max from being serviced to paying, I would highly recommend 10/10.

Been coming to sids literally like 3 or 4 years now. Always great customer service. I am mad particular about my brows. I'm an MUA so I am super critical about my already super thick, caterpillar-ish eyebrows.

When I come for a clean up or if I'm trying to fix a brow I may have messed up cleaning up myself, I'll tell them to only clean them up and, here's some free game ladies: I tell them it's ok to leave hair. Otherwise, they're going to do just that, clean up your brows and maybe leave them too thin. I suggest you Leave SOME hair, that way your hair will grow back the way you want and your brows will be back perfect.
