I love Shears I have been going for over 30 years. They are awesome, always do a great job and are always friendly
I showed the stylist a picture of the color I wanted:(blonde) and I came out with dark brown. And they did a double process! Charged me for it. I could have gotten this color from a drugstore box. And they stylist did not know how to trim or style my hair. It was one time I wanted to cry. Have never had this sort of experience before. The owner tried to help with the cut, but I finally just said that was enough. I can't believe they did a double process for brown hair color.
Horrible place!!!! Sherri is the owner but will says it's not her problem what the stylist do that work for her. Amanda Gambino will lie to your face saying she can color your hair... And send you home with wet fried hair!! Go anywhere but Shears!!!
I trust Jamie with my fine hair. I've had so many poor experiences in the past that once I find a good stylist, I stick with them! Been coming here about 3 years and have had great experiences from the first visit!
