Shear Creations in Washington, IL

Very Rude, unprofessional!!!! I went to the wrong Beauty Salon. When I did arrive 15 minutes late, I met up with a very rude person. I apologized several times to the hairdresser. I did tell her That I did understand I would not be worked on that day, but did want to apologize for my lateness. She told me she could have had two mens haircuts during this time. I said that I was sorry, and understood and attempted to tell her what had happened. As I was leaving, I said I was sorry that this had happened. When I was on my way to the car, she came out of the building and told me I was rude for laughing at her. I told her I was not laughing. I was embarrassed. She continued to say I was laughing at her as I was leaving. I was not !!!!! I was a potential new client!!!! With this attitude demonstrated by this person at Shear Creations I would not recommend this place.

I got the best haircut here. I called for an appt, and they were able to fit me in despite my last second impulse to get a haircut. I almost didn't have enough time to drive there, they accommodated me so quickly. Stylist was friendly, efficient, and I was on my way home with a fabulous new style in less than an hour. Got tons of compliments at work.

The sign on the door says "walk-ins welcome". Welcome to hang out maybe? This was now the third time I've gone in there to just get a simple haircut and there's no availability of staff to do it because they are all handling appointments. Take the sign down if you can't handle walk ins!
