I have worked in the salon atmosphere as a massage therapist for many years. Usually the women, including myself, who get their hair highlighted with multiple colors, shampooed, dried and styled would be there for about 3-5 hours, but not here, and not with immaculate results like I got. I have extremely long hair, so I got used to taking up half my day in a salon chair. At Ken Morgan, you have 2 people working on colors, which saves a ton of time. Really the only time you have to wait is when your hair is processing color. Ken and his staff work extremely hard and focus on the client; not gossiping around like the usual salons. Everyone is very hard workers and know how to get the job done quickly! I went from not really being satisfied with hair color from other salons that cost a fortune while waiting almost 4 hours each time, leaving with my hair wet to absolutely loving my color and cut plus blow drying and styling for an extremely reasonable cost and only being in there an hour and a half at KM. I never knew it was possible!!!! The woman who styled my hair was even able to give me a ton of tips that I have been using with excellent results. I will never go to another salon again! I am so happy that my mother referred me since I just moved back in town!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Ken Morgan Salon has an excellent staff full of experience. Ken himself has been doing hair for years and is probably the most reputable hair stylist/colorist in laurel. He is known to do many hair shows across the country. He may be hard to book because of his popularity but he definitely knows what he's doing if you can get in.

Melanie is who I've been going to since she started. She learns how all of her clients like their hair and when you go back for trims, she hardly ever needs reminding of your style. She is also a very talented colorist. She is especially experienced with plenty of younger styles such as bobs, unnatural colors, ombre, layers, etc.

All in all the whole salon is a great team.
