Serenity Beauty Lounge~ formally ~ Phaze 2 Nails & Salon in Bellingham, WA

I tried 3 different services here (Serenity Beauty Lounge), first was the pedicure (VolcanoSpa 50.00), the massage was great, but the rest was lacking. Second was a new set of acrylic's with gel polish , I requested a very simple design and was very disappointed. I went back for a fill and requested a different technician and ended up with poorly filed and the worst "Cat eye" (as in non existent) polish. As I was paying I mentioned that I would not be coming back and the person at the reception desk said ok. Never asked why, nothing. I sent them a message saying that I was disappointed in the customer service and a picture of my nails. NO RESPONSE!!! PissPoorService!

I have been to many places in Bellingham for hair and nails but Serenity Beauty Lounge is my new home for pampering. Sarah is super sweet and friendly and she welcomes you with open arms and a smile. The ladies that have done my nails there are gentle, quick and highly skilled in different combinations of colors or nail art- very talented! My gel manicures last over three weeks in tip top shape. My fiancé and I love our couple time for manicures and pedicures and have now become "regulars" there. Lena does both of our haircuts and styles and I have gotten so many compliments on the balayage she did for me. If you need anything done- hair, nails, extensions, facials, or waxing, go see these ladies, you will be pleased.

Wonderful services by all the girls. Extremely clean and newly remodeled! They have more offerings than just nails.

Long story short ! I have been very disappointed when comes to nails places . Bad actitud, they do what they want , don't get the design that I ask or they have the nerve to laugh about my nails and say very rude comments, or chattering in other languages which feels uncomfortable. I came to Phaze 2 Nails whit very low expectations . BUT OMG ! What a surprise !! My visit was very pleasant , I had a good time , feel good, my nails came out beautiful which (I'm surprise other places I hate the result immediately) but not this time I think it was money we'll spend ... I get out of this place feeling pretty whit my FABULOUS NAILS , so happy . Couldn't stop looking at them . Ask for YUM she is the best , professional, respectful, if you want beautiful hands she is the one ! Looking forward to see more of her work and get pedis and manicure whit her . If you are doubting about this place , give it a chance . I don't know why most of the reviews that I found of this place wasn't good. The place is clean , and staff very friendly ..

I have been going to Brandy for a little over a year and she is AMAZING!! She is literally the only person in Bellingham that can make shellac last longer then 2 weeks on my nails, normally it peels of with in the he first week. She is always so nice and professional. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.
