I got a fabulous cut from them a month ago so when it was time to have my hair highlighted I went back. Too bad you can't post pictures here because the highlights are awful. I went back in to see about having them redone but was met with resistance. The owner couldn't see the problem!!! Probably because the person who did my highlights is her sister. I asked for my money back and she refused saying to come back on Thursday and her sister could fix it. How can they fix it if they think there's not a problem?? I'm just going to take the $80 loss and go somewhere else.
