I used to go to this nail salon all the time. Loved getting my nails and toes done here. Recently I noticed a black spot on my toenail when my toes starting growing out from the gel. I took off my polish from my right big toe and realized my toe had been growing fungus. I have never been to another nail salon other than here. The fungus has been growing on my toe for months now. I just lost half of my toe nail because I'm assuming a tool wasn't cleaned and could have contracted some type of fungus from a unclean tool. I am now never going back to any nail salon because of this and have to wait for my toe nail to ever be back to normal unfortunately:(
I would love to start off with customer service was great. But the nail work is sloppy and uncared for. I know better to go to a chop shop but did it away.
literally got such a bad gel manicure. Not worth it. I also got a gel pedicure and had to ask them to remove the nail polish that was left on my skin. They did it by clipping it off with the cuticle clippers. I don't know how they don't care about leaving customers with such a bad manicure/pedicure. The owner or Manager literally looked at my nails and then just quickly filed them to "fix" them. So disappointing.
My partner and I went here for mani-pedis and had such a great experience. All the workers were attentive and the place has such a relaxing atmosphere. We received complimentary mimosas (21+) AND left really happy with the results. MaiMai did my nails this time and she killed it. When I showed her the inspo picture, she instantly loved them and was so excited to get them done. She was quick, so friendly and did an excellent job. Her skill from doing nails for 7 years was apparent to me while she did these. She's GOOD. I have not loved a nail set more in my life :-) .We will absolutely be back. (Pedicures not pictured but the pedicurists were also so nice and did an awesome job as well. Absolutely worth the price.)
As I've said, the service is absolutely horrendous. Some of the staff members are disrespectful, rude, and have no etiquette whatsoever. I have called them almost 10 times now because I had a question and they refuse to give me the answer I'm asking for. It is a bunch of BS because it makes no sense as to why this salon has charms for people to use if they won't allow people to use them when they ask. This salon wonders why they have bad reviews because of how unprofessional and how rude they are to their clients.
