Brianna M. - business manager - I was not quoted a fee for my services in any way, shape, or form. I did not ask for a high end stylist (I was randomly assigned someone), and booking an appointment is not signing a contract. It's a verbal exchange. The text message that was sent to me to confirm my appointment only had the option to hit the "yes" link. There was not a "no" link. Hence, I did not respond. I did not confirm. And the fact that you are charging the client not only for the time and labor of the appointment, but also for the products THAT WERE NEVER USED is thievery. I'm done responding to you. I would shut you down if I could.
I've been coming here since I moved to Tampa almost 2 years ago and every time I leave so happy with my hair. I've done a bit of everything here--highlights, balayage, all over color, touch ups, and haircuts of course--and they've all been fantastic. My stylist Tiffany always works to find what will work best for me and always has helpful suggestions for care and maintenance at home. The salon itself is very nice and spa-like and the calming hair washing room is basically my happy place. They dim the lights and have soothing music and videos on a tv and I have to try not to fall asleep sometimes... Pricing is as to be expected in a higher end salon but I definitely think the quality is worth it, plus they give you like 14 days to come back for free fixes if need be I believe. Overall highly recommend and will continue going wherever I live in the city.
Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. There was 4 inches of hair cut off, a blowout, and a flat iron service. Could not have asked for a better experience! Sam was great, the shampoo station was relaxing, and Brianna was awesome! Found this place from a Yelp review, so thought it fitting to leave one :) Highly recommend!
I went in for a cut and color and Johny was wonderful! I was away in an RV for several months and was doing my own color (you could only imagine what that looked like). Oh, I also decided to have bangs mid way through the trip so I took to that as well. It wasn't a pretty site but Johny took it by storm and the end result was marvelous! He's a great guy, meticulous and great attention to detail. See ya next month Johny!!!
I had my hair done by Jessie today. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I got there, but when I first arrived she sat me down and had a 15 minute conversation with me about my hair and exactly what I wanted. I still wasn't able to put it into words, but she knew exactly what to ask to get me there. I left with the hair of my dreams. I would definitely recommend her and I can't wait to go back for my next color appointment!
