I use to love this salon but things have gone down hill lately. I really wanted to support them through Covid and help anyone I could, however, I booked a deluxe facial and massage that should have lasted more than 45 min but sadly was ended after 45 min. Mind you this is a $90 procedure and not the standard $75 facial or $60 massage. Won't be visiting this salon again.
This is the best salon I have ever gone to. Prior to moving to Kansas I went to a high end salon that charged far more than Salon Di Marco and I can say that Salon Di Marco is superior to that salon in every aspect. The salon is beautiful, the people are amazing and the service is exemplary. Karen does my hair and my hair color is best it has ever looked, the Kevin Murphy color line is not harsh and I have never been happier. Dana who does my manicures and pedicures is outstanding, my hands and feet look and feel great. Danielle takes care of my eyebrows and other waxing and she takes her time and they are perfect every single time. She also does my facials and when I leave there, I feel like I glow for days. I highly recommend Salon Di Marco.
Hands down, best place to get your brows waxed in Lawrence. Di Marco is the only place that I've ever gotten my brows done so well I felt I didn't need to fill them in with makeup. The price is also fantastic for the quality you get, and everyone is super nice. Haven't tried any other services, but I definitely will!
Laughing because this was easily one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. When I was on the phone with my friend as I got my pedicure I told him " I DONT think this was worth it". The polish didn't even last a week. My nails were rough. The bottom of the feet wasn't softened even though I paid for the deluxe treatment and extras. I use this salon for the massage and facials. I've been unimpressed everything but they dont have much competition here in Lawrence, unfortunately.
I've had good luck here with 3 different stylists and each time got a different type of cut. My most recent visit was a short haircut with Karen and she did a great job! I like the brick walls in the salon and the warm atmosphere, plus prices are very reasonable.
