For TWEEN hair cuts; the owner said she could do a specific hair cut for my then, 15 yr old. She wanted the "Wolf Cut" so I spoke with Alicia about it and she did some research previously (said she did, didn't have any reason to doubt her). Took my daughter in for her appointment, Alicia literally put a pony tail on top of my daughters head and cut from there. (my research never provided that version) Needless to say my daughter was instantly horrified but didn't say anything bc she is shy and didn't want to hurt her feelings. She cried so hard for a couple of days. And to top it off, Alicia recorded herself cutting my daughters hair for her (Alicia's) YOUTUBE Channel AND DIDN'T ASK MY DAUGHTERS PERMISSION!!! Still haven't found the video but we'll never go back. Leaving that one for God to handle.
I got a tapered cut (on my kinky/coily hair) from Alicea and was very pleased, she has great customer service, and took all my needs into consideration. The entire salon is very inclusive and has an array of stylists and services to choose from!
